Matters of English and European Community law
Prior to establishing his practice in California, Mr. Capp practiced as a barrister at law (specialist advocate) in England. As such Mr. Capp is uniquely placed to advise on matters of English Law.
Fluent in French and German, Mr. Capp studied at the Sorbonne/University of Paris 1 where he earned a Masters (Maitrise Francaise) in French and International law.
As such, Mr. Capp is able to assist in the event that disputes arise involving member states of the European Union including the U.K. and France.
